("my father" - oil on canvas - 2007 -gm-)
---------------------------- ------------------------------
I look at a picture of my father as a young man, at the height of his strength.
smiles ... confident, with those funny pants and bell those srtani hair "long for strength,"
framed by big bushy sideburns.
I can see clearly ... even if I close my eyes ... as if in a corner of time, something had frozen.
He stands there in front of me ... and he watches me in silence.
But then I can not think.
I realize how my father in his life ... that under that sky, had few resources with them ... but many purposes.
And I fear that my son is likely to have infinite resources and no end ....
I watch my father and I realize how, in his world "Back in Training", is having difficulty speeches in one language only uncertain, but in actually had a 'universe to tell.
While my son, will speak all the languages \u200b\u200bof the earth ... without having anything to say.
keep on watching my father. Standing in front of me ... in that picture from the edges frayed. As beautiful as the sun, with that plaid shirt colors improbable and even the sacrosanct right to be bitter in life.
it clear that he, in his time, did not find responses.
But the real trick is to understand that most likely will not find his nephew ... the questions.
