again since last August because the photos are not over and here is still gray! Trip to Curiglia all'Alpone and walk with the Madonna della Guardia! If you've never been really worth it! But take a day not too hot that the road is steep and I'll break ..... especially if you're not as fit as me! From Curiglia, the view from the church, after buying the sandwiches in the only bar in the country with a very relaxed and homely ..... if you were there you know what that means!
Then he starts to climb up the narrow streets of the country that so fascinated Ali, he continues to make photo to each lane and run-down house and tell him that I am just old houses ..... ... but some are quite nice! Certainly very characteristic and very old for someone who comes from a country where the oldest house is 100 years old ..... no ..... not really but almost!
A bit more about the forest path opens up a bit and there is a nice view from here ...... Curiglia looks even better! 
journeyed ...... or rather limps limps ...... you get to this beautiful village where you can not get in the car called Pradecolo, quite cute! I think they are all holiday homes and no one lives there all year .... there were also houses for sale if anyone is interested in going on vacation in a super quiet! 
I think that due to my will ..... hot and steep road and lack of training ..... noting, however, the lush gardens of the country, here we were right in front of the houses. 
Ali has found something familiar! In New Zealand you're not a real farmer / breeder if you have at least one of these! Now I drive it too, we use it at work! Funny but we must go slowly! One of the few means coming up here, I saw just another mini-van that close if no do not pass the path / road that is partly paved!
After another good walk in the woods, and several stops ...... look what I found just before dell'alpeggio ..... a nice MUSHROOM ! This is even more photogenic than the other time! 
And here's the first sight of dell'Alpone Curiglia! 
But for the moment we pull straight up and we just go over to the church of the Madonna della Guardia! 
where we had a picnic with our paninozzi of Curiglia and stuff! And relaxing place with a beautiful view of the valley (I did not put the photos because there was too much light and a bit of haze and did not do). However the church there are a couple of tables and a fountain, perfect for a picnic! 
inside ..... The church was closed but the door has a grate without glass, too bad ..... but if one needs a little prayer for the legs fan giacomo giacomo ? 
Vista on the other side looking towards the mountains you can see Monte Lema with the restaurant, the antenna and a giant cross and I think the other is an observatory. Beyond that is Switzerland. At the top of Mount Lema seems to me that we can get even with a cable car that's on the other side of the mountain and there is a trail that connects Mount Lema in here where we are and in fact there were people who came down from there !!..... a good idea for next time!

We stopped to drink the same because it has a nice terrace ..... is very homely, not because it's like we entered a private kitchen ...... but the lady is very kind and is the same one that manages the refuge where you can stay to sleep, you have to bring a sleeping bag and cooking, is not like the super lodges hotels! Maybe next time I wake up with this view must be amazing!

The road follows the line of the last houses, a little before and a little behind .... 
And here it begins to descend into the woods ... 
Last viewed dell'Alpone, virtually all the huts are arranged in rows along the top of this natural amphitheater that faces south! A little paradise! 
into the forest you have to follow the path or best guess where there is a path through the field giant ferns! Note that Ali is standing just a step or two below me! Here is working as a researcher of ferns ....... ummmm hard work! 
Watch out among the ferns of the natives live much Paciocco, just like this here that we met! Notice the skirt of ferns typical of local custom! 
Walk and walk in the woods, at some point we arrive at a hut that seems completely lost ...... well populated but no one was cute .... almost like a cabin of fairy tales! 
And the location is even better! Look at that view! WOWWWW! 
After another long time in the woods we return to the village and the walk ends.
