For the record by Kennedy that bush is an area of \u200b\u200bprotected forest on the hills that we have practically at home. The hills are part of the majority of farms with sheep but there are several protected areas with trails for hiking and biking trails. And look at that view from the top! This is the view from the side of Lyttelton Harbour.

Double car photos: self-timer and photo with the hood of the car!
in the woods ....
stop the rock ...
View from the rocks of the plains of Canterbury and the mist in the distance between the Alps and our house is just down there somewhere ........ just a few miles from the foot of the hills.
Continuing the walk in the woods ...... go down the path along a stream and came back up along another river. It was a little muddy in places and a small part of the trail was also gone under an avalanche of mud and trees.
